Troubleshooting login issues
If you cannot sign in to your sirmenang account, start by checking that your username or email and password are correct. Passwords are case-sensitive, so verify that the caps lock key is not active. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot your password?" link on the login form. We will send you a password-reset link to your registered email address. Follow the link and set a new password.
